This was a very long walk home from the park. He insisted on wearing that bowl on his head the entire way home, half of the time he was on my shoulders so I would have to squat down and get the bowl. I got at least part of my work out in :)
Jonathan is in a serious mom phase right now. I am not sure if it is because I have been working a few more hours a week or what. He never lets me out of his sight. Tomorrow he will be going to daycare full time for a few weeks. This will be interesting.
After being downtown for hours and then coming home and playing with the neighbors for 2 more hours he is exhausted. He is making me hold his head up while he watches Lion King.
This is still the only way he will go on baby swings. He laughs hysterically the whole time!
There is an arts festival in town this weekend. We started off the day with going to a concert where an orchestra and a singer go through a book with illustrated pictures. It was pretty awesome and Jonathan loved it. He made us stay the entire concert. Then we went to a jumpy house. He hated it last year but somewhat enjoyed it this year. I went off of my diet and enjoyed lots of food :)

This is a picture of Tom in the hospital after he broke his collar bone 4 years and a picture of Jonathan. They are similar it is scary!
Jonathan had his tongue clipped when he had his adenoids taken out. He had speech therapy and Tuesday and his therapist said that his talking is already 100 times better. She thinks a huge issue was his tongue.
After his surgery the first thing he did was say Matthew (my little brother). It was clear as day and I am amazed at how well he is talking now.
